You won’t find a better body shop. No sense in looking. Their record speaks for itself. Before I left my precious car with them, I met the owner, 2 main staff personnel. Everyone cared about what they do, how they do it, and how you perceive them. Down home feeling. And they delivered a masterpiece of work. Not a single issue. Everything was put back together like new. They delivered. They got factory parts if available. That’s it. Have confidence.

This was an awful experience. My daughter’s car needed repair on the front passenger door. She got 3 quotes from repair shops. This was not her shop of choice but for some unknown reason my insurance made the check out to Batts and my daughter. She was initially given a 2 week window for repair . She ended up being strung along for another 2 weeks. They also went back to my insurance twice for supplemental money. The day she was supposed to pick it up, she was again told it may not be ready, it still needed to be buffed out. I ended up calling the shop and telling them we were coming to get the car regardless of what had not been completed in repairs. Ironically, after talking to me, the shop called my daughter and told her the car was ready. When we arrived for pick up, her car battery was dead, so they had to jump off the battery. Explanation was that the car had sat for a month and the doors being open had drained the battery. I was livid. The job looked complete, but there were scuff marks inside the door that was repaired. I would not recommend this shop unless you can afford to be without your car for a month. The repair for a scratched and dented door ended up costing over $

2 Stars because of the guys doing the actually body work. I chose Batts Body & Paint because they were recommended to me, and I expected a higher level of customer service and communication than what I received. My biggest complaint is communication. Throughout the repair process, I felt like I was responsible for tracking down information rather than being kept informed. Updates were limited, timelines changed, and I often had to reach out myself to find out the status of my vehicle. The vehicle remained in disassembly for an extended period before a supplement was submitted to the insurance company. During that time, there was very little proactive communication regarding what had been found, what was being done, or what delays were expected. As a customer, it is frustrating to be left guessing while driving a rental vehicle and trying to plan work and family responsibilities around an uncertain repair schedule. I understand that insurance approvals, parts availability, supplements, and repair complications can happen. What I do not understand is why customers are not kept informed in a timely and consistent manner. Delays are one thing; poor communication is another. A simp

Excellent service and communication. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the blending of the paint on my 2011 red RAV4 Sport. It looks like a brand new car!! Thank you Batts Body & Paint!!

I took my Mercedes glc 300 too batts body and paint for a windshield repair , and paint . This was the biggest mistake . While the body work looked great , after them having my car for over a month , when it was returned my car was shutting completely off the next day a would not crank . My trunk was also not opening the evening that I picked it up from them . I had to force my trunk open, once I got it open I noticed that a tool and a Mercedes-Benz emblem was left in the back of my trunk. Which lets me know that someone was back there. When I bought this to the owner, John Batts attention , He said that they were using my trunk to store whatever tools and equipment. They were using to fix my windshield back there while my car was being repaired. There was also a yellow ring left on the carpet of my trunk that stained it. They had no business in my trunk when they were repairing a windshield in my trunk should have never been used to store anything. John batts and his wife were very nasty and unprofessional and refused to fix the situation. My car was working perfectly fine even with the windshield damage that it had and it was not my battery. That was the issue as far as my car
